Mission and Values
APO is a private not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to provide health services and education to the community with an emphasis on populations with limited access to health care, including, but not limited to, persons living with or at risk for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI). Services are provided in a confidential, caring environment.

Board Meeting
APO’s board meetings are held at 1636 S Glenstone, Ste 100, Springfield, MO 65804 at 12:00pm.
The 2026 Board Meeting dates are as follows: January 27, February 24, March 24, April 28, May 26, June 23, July 28, August 25, September TBD, October 27, November 17, December 15.
