HIV Services

HIV Medical Care

APO receives funding to provide HIV and primary healthcare, including labs, for individuals living with HIV who have no insurance and who meet residency and income guidelines. Individuals can receive care at the APO clinic or by a physician located throughout the region.

HIV Case Management

APO provides case management to individuals living with HIV who meet income and residency requirements. Case Managers provide education, support, and community referrals, as well as assessing eligibility for other Ryan White financial services, such as ADAP, medical transportation, housing, and copay assistance.

Linkage to Care

Linkage to Care is an intensive short term case management program designed to assist individuals newly diagnosed with HIV with establishing medical care. LTC Case Managers work with clients to identify, address, and eliminate barriers to accessing medical care and medications while also providing education and support to both the newly diagnosed individual and their family.

Client Pantry

APO maintains a hygiene pantry stocked with personal care items and household cleaning supplies that cannot be purchased with food stamps.
