Case Management provides a wide variety of services including but not limited to financial assistance for medications, medical care and dental services, adherence counseling and education, assistance with accessing community resources, referrals for mental health and psychiatric services, transportation, limited housing and utility assistance, and an onsite hygiene pantry. APO also offers opportunities for peer support via support groups and several sponsored events throughout the year.
